Evan started his real estate career with CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield in Manhattan as a commercial Agent. Subsequently he moved to Sullivan County and owned the Beaverkill Angler, a fly fishing outfitter and retailer, in the town or Roscoe for the past twenty years. He has also invested in both residential and commercial properties, giving him a well-rounded perspective as a property owner as well as an agent. Although his primary focus is residential and land he has a special interest in commercial properties given his background. Having lived in the Catskills for over twenty-five years his familiarity with the region is extensive.
